A great weekend in southern Utah was topped off in Torrey, where I closed out the Apple Days Festival concerts at the beautiful outdoor stage behind Robber’s Roost Bookstore. Kudos to the Entrada Institute, to the folks at the Roost, Adus Dorsey, and to Gary and Barbara at Cafe Diablo, whose food makes the trip worthwhile in and of itself.
